1. Returns
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our wood and epoxy products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
5. Shipping Return Items
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
